Returns & Exchanges
All Pebble's orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason.
Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the items is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a replacement for orders delivered within Thailand.
Please note that defective-item replacements are available for Thailand orders only. International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
