Processing Time
Orders are carefully prepared and packed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Thailand
We offer shipping within Thailand. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We're happy to ship Pebble's to selected destinations worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on your destination and chosen shipping method.
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local delivery conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Pebble's is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, or the circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
